Our Startup Phase: Investing in Kingdom Impact

Redeemer Mission is in an exciting launch season as we transition to deepen our work in Japan and beyond. Like many ministries in their early years, a significant portion of our initial tax-deductible donations supports the full-time efforts of the Director (Rob Alsobrook).

Why this matters:

Every gift directly fuels gospel-centered work. Rob’s role encompasses content creation (YouTube videos, apologetics resources, and equipping materials), theological research, evangelism training, relationship-building with Japanese and diaspora communities, and the administrative foundation needed for long-term sustainability.

This is not overhead — it is frontline mission work that multiplies disciples.

As the Lord provides additional monthly partners, Lord willing, we will expand our team, increase program spending on direct ministry activities, and further amplify our reach.

Our goal is clear:

Steward every resource with excellence so that more unreached people in Japan hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Commitment to Transparency:

  • We maintain high standards of financial accountability, including [ECFA membership if achieved / annual audits / board approval & oversight of compensation].

  • Full IRS Form 990s and financial summaries are available once filed.

  • All compensation is set by our board and is reasonable for the scope of work and experience required.

We invite you to partner with us in this foundational season. Your support is an investment in faithful gospel proclamation that will bear fruit for generations. Every gift — large or small — advances the mission.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few” (Matthew 9:37).

Thank you for laboring with us.

Charitable Giving Policy

Redeemer Mission gratefully receives contributions from individuals, churches, businesses, foundations, and other organizations that desire to support its mission and ministry.

All contributions are received with the understanding that Redeemer Mission retains full discretion and control over the use and distribution of donated funds. While donors may express a preference for a particular project, ministry activity, or area of outreach, all gifts are ultimately subject to the direction and oversight of Redeemer Mission and will be used in a manner consistent with the organization’s charitable, religious, and educational purposes.

Redeemer Mission accepts contributions that support its mission of proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, engaging cultures through meaningful relationships, and advancing biblical truth through evangelism, apologetics, hospitality, cultural exchange, business initiatives, and other ministry efforts among the diasporas, the Japanese, refugees, expatriates, and other underserved or unreached communities.

All donations are administered in accordance with applicable laws governing charitable organizations and are used to further the mission and purposes of Redeemer Mission.
